Snow or ice accumulation exceeding 1-2" (anything more than trace amounts) will be cleared within 24 hours from the time that the snowfall stops. One-time removals that are purchased will be completed within 48 hours of snow fall cessation or within 48 hours from the time that the service is booked as monthly contracts hold priority.
